With spike of 85,362 new cases, India’s COVID tally crosses 59-lakh mark

New Delhi(DL) [India], Sep 26 (ANI): India(In)’s COVID-19 complaint tally crossed 59-lakh mark with a spike of 85,362 new instances, stated Union Ministry of Health & Family (4) Welfare on Sat..Up to 1,089 demises have been recorded during this same period, taking the toll to 93,379.

According to the Ministry, the overall complaint tally within the nation stands in 59,03,933 involving 9,60,969 active instances, 48,49,585 cured/discharged/migrated & 93,379 demises.

Active COVID-19 instances in Maharashtra(MH) have been in 2,73,190, Karnataka(KA) 98,493, AP 67,683, WP 59,397 & TN 46,386.

As per the ICMR (ICMR), the cumulative overall samples tested as many as Sep 25 is 7,02,69,975. The amount of samples tested on Sep 25 is 13,41,535.
