WHAT TIME DOES VOTING START AND END?
The voting hours for the 2nd round of the 2023 Presidential Elections were announced by the Supreme Election Board (YSK).
According to this; Voting hours will be applied as 08.00 in the morning and 17.00 in the evening on May 28.
If there are voters waiting at the ballot box to cast their votes even though the voting deadline has come, the chairman of the ballot box committee will allow them to cast their votes in turn after counting the voters and getting their IDs.
IN WHICH CASES VOTES WILL BE VOID?
Voters will vote by pressing the “PREFERENCE” or “YES” seal without overflowing the section reserved for the presidential candidate they prefer on the combined ballot papers.
Tearing or tearing the ballot paper in such a way that its integrity will be disrupted, printing any special sign, name, signature stamp or fingerprint on the ballot, other than the seal or instead of the seal, will also invalidate the vote.
In addition, if the ballot paper is clearly scribbled, scratched or marked, or if there is any item in the envelope that serves as a sign, the votes will be considered invalid.
