We will build our own future

Nation Alliance Presidential Candidate and CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu attended the ‘Balkan Rumeli Emigrant Meeting’ held at the Haliç Congress Center. Kılıçdaroğlu was accompanied by IYI Party Chairman Meral Akşener and Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu.

Kılıçdaroğlu said, “The situation our country is in is not bright. Turkey needs to get out of here. We have to fight together and together for this. The conditions we are in have created a pessimistic atmosphere from any angle. But we, Gazi Mustafa Kemal predicted, We have always struggled to achieve the level of contemporary civilization. We have never been hopeless, we will never be hopeless and we will build our own future ourselves. Ghazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk gave women the right to vote and be elected, which the westerners did not give to women, much earlier, and women’s representation in the parliament, “I am aware and know that this number is very insufficient for today, but in the upcoming period, women will struggle to obtain these rights to a much greater extent. I believe this wholeheartedly,” she said.

“TOGETHER WE WILL REBUILD A TURKEY WITH ITS RESPECT”

Kılıçdaroğlu used the following statements in the continuation of his speech:

“Gazi Mustafa Kemal has two basic rules. He has two basic principles. Political and economic. He says freedom and independence are my character. I want to live freely under my flag. It is a basic rule that no one will interfere or say anything to my independence.” If the victories on the battlefields are not crowned with economic victories, you may lose your economic independence. Two basic rules? You will see that your political independence is meaningless unless you have economic independence. Therefore, Gazi Mustafa Kemal made extraordinary efforts to initiate economic independence.

Sugar factories were established in this country by selling eggs. An integrated defense industry was established in Kırıkkale. Iron and steel factories were established. That poor country has covered it with iron nets. He didn’t open hands to anyone. He didn’t go to someone’s door and turn on the stopwatch and make no one wait there. And he lived in his own country with his own dignity. He struggled with poverty. It consolidated its independence with economic growth and economic development.

Today, Turkey has great economic problems. If you go to the door of the person who was insulted and beg for money, there is a problem we have come to, a problem we are experiencing. And we are all aware of this problem. That’s why we’re going to the polls. We will cast our votes and change an authoritarian government through democratic means. When we do this, we will leave a beautiful gift to the history of world politics. We will leave this gift together. Together, we will leave this gift as a legacy to our history. Together, we will rebuild a Turkey that grows from generation to generation, develops from generation to generation, and whose prestige and prestige will increase from generation to generation.
