Turkish Airlines announced that it will employ an experienced captain pilot and a second pilot in line with its growth targets. The airline company currently has 386 aircraft in its fleet, while 5,525 pilots are on duty.
THY started a study to increase both the aircraft fleet and the number of pilots in order to be prepared for the rapidly increasing passenger demand after the epidemic period. The company, which rose to third place in international seat capacity in the first six months of 2022, published an advertisement for the recruitment of new pilots.
Applications for the pilot recruitment announcement opened in this direction can be made through Turkish Airlines’ website, Kariyer.thy.com.
