Arda Özkarlıoğlu, who was trying to cross the road in the Kazım Karabekir District of Adana’s central Yüreğir district, was hit by a freight train moving in the direction of Mersin.
The young man, who was seriously injured in the accident that took place around 21:00, was taken to a private hospital by the health teams who were sent to the region upon the notification of the people around.
It was learned that Özkarlıoğlu, who was treated in the intensive care unit, was in danger of life.
The policeman has started an investigation about accident.
