The police, who exchanged information with the authorities in Montenegro to identify Vukotic’s connections, learned that 50 people were killed in armed attacks between the criminal organizations “Skaljari” and “Kavac” since 2014, and the reason for this was the drug dispute. When the teams uncovered the links of the suspects they identified, it was determined that the Kavac crime organization director Radoje Zivkovic and Zdravko Perunovic gave the order to attack Vukotic.
