Streets of India as G20 continues

One side of the city is bright, the other side is misery. India prepared for the G20 Summit months in advance. Participants see a different India along the way from the airport to the congress center where the G20 Summit will be held and their hotels. On the one hand, intense security measures and quiet streets, empty Delhi streets. It’s like it’s been abandoned.

Since India is the most populous country in the world, it declared a public holiday and closed some routes. In fact, India’s famous street vendors and homeless people were sent to a different part of the city. This image is just one of those points.

With the completion of the G20 Summit, India will return to its former self.
