International results for the second round of the 28 May 2023 Presidential Election are announced.
Receiving 57.47 percent of the votes abroad in the first round of the Presidential Election, the candidate of the People’s Alliance, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, exceeded 59 percent in the second round.
According to unofficial results, as 94.95 percent of the ballot boxes were opened, Erdogan’s vote rate in the second round reached 59.39 percent.
Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the candidate of the Nation Alliance, who received 39.57 percent of the foreign votes in the 14 May elections, received 40.61 percent of the votes in the second round.
