Nirbhaya Convicts To Hang Tomorrow, Delhi Court Rejects Further Petitions

New Delhi: All four men convicted of this gang-rape and killing of a young Delhi girl in 2012 will hang tomorrow as determined, a Delhi court stated now. The Patiala House Court rejected all petitions of their convicts, Akshay Thakur, 31, Pawan Gupta, 25, Vinay Sharma, 26, and Mukesh Singh, 32, that are to hang 5.30 am on Friday.

The convicts had asked their implementation be stopped, asserting that they had legal treatments.

“No legal treatments are pending as of today. Pawan and Akshay’s second winner was likewise not amused by the President of India,” Public Prosecutor Irfan Ahmad advised the courtroom.

“My buddy can proceed 100 programs, but these aren’t strictly legal treatments,” he explained.

There was much drama outside the courtroom when fainted beyond the Patiala House court complicated.

In a different attempt, three convicts had petitioned the court stating their treatments were pending.

The Supreme Court dismissed a petition filed by Mukesh Singh challenging a Delhi High Court’s order rejecting his claim when the offense was committed, he wasn’t at Delhi.

Because petition filed to stall their implementation, three dates of hanging handed.

A 23-year-old was attacked and tortured by six individuals like a juvenile and dumped on the street, at a bus. The girl died a couple of days later.
