Jill Biden’s Covid-19 test turns negative

In the USA, Communications Director Elizabeth Alexander announced that the Covid-19 test of Jill Biden, the wife of US President Joe Biden, was positive and the First Lady will return to Washington DC today. Alexander noted that the First Lady showed “cold-like symptoms” throughout her illness.

The First Lady has been in isolation at her home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, USA, since August 24, when she tested positive for Covid-19.

It was also announced that Jill Biden had caught COVID-19 on August 16, and on August 21, it was announced that the Covid-19 test was negative.
