A busy data agenda awaits the economy in September. Many macroeconomic indicators, from Turkey’s second quarter growth to exports, will be evident in the coming days.
On Wednesday, the growth data for the second quarter of the year will be announced.
The Turkish economy grew by 7.3 percent in the first quarter of the year. Expectations are that the growth will be above 7 percent in the second quarter as well.
Hotel occupancy rose to 71 percent
On Friday, September 2, the export figures for August will be announced.
INFLATION WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON SEPTEMBER 5
The inflation rate for August will also become clear on Monday, September 5, next week.
The medium-term program, which determines the three-year roadmap of the Turkish economy, will also be announced in September.
Work on recruiting contracted personnel is expected to be completed in the first week of September.
