Biographical films week at AKM Yeşilçam Cinema

At Atatürk Cultural Center Yeşilçam Cinema on the week of September 23-30 describing the lives of stars that went down in history Kevin Macdonald’s “Whitney”; “The Sidewalk Sparrow” by Olivier Dahan; Jon Nguyen, Rick Barnes and “David Lynch: The Art of Living” by Olivia Neergaard-Holm movies will be screened.


Oscar-winning director Kevin Macdonald’s 2018 biographical film “Whitney” will be screened during the week of 23-30 September at the 14.00 session of AKM Yeşilçam Cinema. The 90-minute film brings together Lynch’s own art, music and early films to illuminate the dark corners of the director’s idiosyncratic world and offer audiences a better understanding of him as a person and an artist.
