Soner K., who has 52 percent epilepsy in Istanbul, went to the emergency department of Gaziosmanpaşa Training and Research Hospital to get a report.
Soner K. stated that he had priority due to his illness and went to doctor Merve B.
When doctor Merve B., who had a patient, told Soner K. that he had to go out, he said, “They are not beating you for nothing, you deserve to be beaten.” He got the answer.
Soner K., who walked towards the doctor, was taken into custody.
Soner K., who was referred to the court with a request for arrest, was released on condition of judicial control.
The prosecutor objected to the decision and requested that Soner K. be tried in detention.
