3 separate investigations of the Competition Board resulted in a compromise

AŞ, 224 thousand 857.24 liras, Korkmaz Kitchenware San. ve Tic. AŞ, 12 million 706 thousand 779.34 liras, Punto Durable Consumer Goods Imp. Ihr. Trade Ltd. Şti was imposed an administrative fine of 71 thousand 949.8 liras.

OPERATES IN FAST CONSUMPTION SECTOR

The investigation carried out by Natura Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, which operates as a manufacturer and supplier in the FMCG sector, to determine whether it violates the relevant article of the Law by determining the resale price of its products has also been completed.

It was decided to end the investigation with the acceptance of the compromise text submitted by the party. While it was determined that the company violated the Law by interfering with the resale prices of organized retailers, it was decided to impose an administrative fine of 5 million 431 thousand 289.02 liras on the enterprise’s gross revenues for 2021 as a result of the compromise procedure.
